Event Rental Coordination
From your first call our staff works to support you in recommending items, sizes and quantities that you need to complete your event. We work with your timeline to make sure you have the items you need in the timeframe you need them.
Event Planning Layouts
Planning layouts or diagrams assist our customers in visualizing the space and provide peace of mind that you have the space you need. Our diagrams are done to scale and feature 3 different views for better visualization. All layouts can be customized for your event.
Event Coordination, Event Planning & Event Management
The reality of event planning is that it can be overwhelming, intimidating and time consuming. We at The Tent Guys have a certified event coordinator on staff that can assist you in planning and executing your event.
We customize each package based on each customer’s requirements; allowing you to pick and choose exactly what kind of assistance you need. Depending on how much you want your coordinator to be involved, a coordinator will benefit you by:
- Streamlining your process and alleviating stress
- Removing confusion and uncertainties
- Assisting in aspects of an event: budgeting, timelines, Itineraries, vendors, decor, entertainers...
- Sourcing out and securing desired items for your event
- Overseeing and checking elements on the day of the event
Event Set up & Take Down
While the set up/tear down is included with some rental items, such as staging, it is an additional charge for other items. Please contact us for a complete quote for your event.
